What we collect
When you fill in a form on this site we collect the data you provide, usually your name, email, phone number, company, and a description of your project. When you browse, we collect anonymous analytics (pages viewed, browser type, country) via privacy-respecting tools.
How we use it
We use your contact details to respond to your enquiry. We use analytics to understand which pages and content help our prospective clients and improve the site. We do not sell or rent your personal data.
Who we share it with
We share form submissions internally with the team responsible for replying. If you become a client, your details are stored in our CRM (Zoho) and email tool (Resend). We may share aggregate, anonymous analytics with third-party providers (Google Analytics, Vercel).
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months unless you become a client (in which case it is kept for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years for tax / compliance). You can request deletion at any time by emailing info@thedigitalagency.ae.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email info@thedigitalagency.ae and we will respond within 30 days.
